so i took the Jack Daniel’s distillery tour when i was in tennessee. they took our picture.

those stacks in the back of us, that look like pallets, are actually stacks of the wood they burn to make the charcoal through which the booze is filtered, which makes it a tennessee sipping whiskey, and not a bourbon. or so i was told. they were actually burning some while we were on the tour, which was kind of neat. yay fire!
