• 1 small bedroom and a small office adjacent to the living room
• big eat-in kitchen

• nice closet space
• a programmer lives there now with a bunch of gear so i am reasonably assured that the electricity is good.
• it was rehabbed three years ago with new appliances (including a dishwasher!) and furnace and plumbing so that should not suck
• the street is v. nice and the view from the front windows is pleasant
• no central air but i can live without that
• plenty of street parking
• about four blocks to the blue line damen stop
• pleasant for biking

well, presuming that i do not fail the apartment application process, which is i suppose always a possibility, given finances.
