Ways I Do Not Like To Start Out My Workday:

<wasy> and i can’t seem to ssh into plaisance right now.
<wasy> niqui?

6800-sysctl:SC> showplatform

Domain Solaris Nodename Domain Status Keyswitch
-------- ------------------ ----------------------- -------------
A - Powered Off off
B - Powered Off off
C - Powered Off off
D - Powered Off off

that probably had something to do with it. i wonder why that happened? well,
it’s easy enough to fix, i suppose.

pretty!

apparently our UPS is out to lunch, and our power decided to join it, so
we blew two of the four circuits that serve plaisance, which took out one
of its system boards and one of the repeater boards and so on and so forth,
so i had to reconfigure the domain and bring it back online with only three
of the four system boards. it’s slow and cranky as a result, but at least
it’s online.

me, i need more coffee.
