the brilliant thing about this particular blog is that i feel no real compulsion to mask names, or to blur the comments i may make about things that make me sad or angry. and if you find it, and i’m talking about you … well. that’s really just too bad.

and, by the way, i *have* done customer service and tech support. for years. as a matter of fact, i had people leave one isp where i did support, interaccess, to follow me to worldwide access when i left. i had a fucking *fanbase*. so you can kiss my lily-white, got no right to interfere in your work, system administrating ass, bitch. i have no time for anyone who feels such contempt for my work and coworkers.
