650 artists, 6399 songs, 20 days and 28.9GB worth of music in my iTunes collection on the laptop. and i’m bored with it all.

granted, i haven’t ripped all of my CDs. most of them. and i could start ripping records — or, god forbid, cassette tapes (i think i still have the soundtrack to Who’s That Girl in my tapes, somewhere…) — but, whine, i don’t wanna. i just want more music. new stuff, or stuff that’s new to me, good stuff, that doesn’t suck. that magically won’t fill up the laptop’s small and nearly full disk. and free would be nice. right now, too.
