Winter Weather Advisory for Chicago, IL 1020 am CST Sat Dec 3 2005 …Snow Advisory in effect from 6 PM this evening to 6 am CST Sunday… The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Snow Advisory…which is in effect from 6 PM this evening to 6 am CST Sunday. A complex weather system will spread snow over the area early this evening. The main snow period should be between around 6pm and midnight with decreasing snow thereafter. Up to 4 inches of accumulation is expected. A Snow Advisory means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities…and use caution while driving.
