notice for ziggurat.org.  

"Sabrina" refers to Sabrina L. Downard, a resident of the State of
Illinois in the United States of America.  The Internet domain
name ZIGGURAT.ORG is the property of Sabrina L. Downard, and I am
the sole operator of any web site or sites using that domain name.

I, Sabrina, reserve the right to update or change these restrictions
at any time, for any reason, without notice.

The URI "http://ziggurat.org/" is used herein to indicate the 
Internet web site accessed by "http://ziggurat.org/", the secure
